Generated loan through the realtor marketplace, on purchases and refinance.  Areas covered were Sacramento, Davis, Roseville, Auburn, Placerville, Lodi, Gault, and Elk Grove California.

Processed each loan to underwriting guidelines of Security Pacific National Bank.  Average closing time for loans from application (14 working days).  Analyzed and evaluated agricultural loans for the banks that were in default.  Was mediator between bank and farmers and ranchers in default.

Senior Loan Officer

Hired and trained loan officers to generate residential loans through the Realtor marketplace.  Trained all loan officers in the evening classes in the proper and most effective way to generate and complete loans.  All loan officers were trained under Freddie Mac/Fannie Mae guidelines and FHA/VA.  Areas covered were Sacramento, Davis, Roseville, Auburn, Placerville, Lodi, Galt and Elk Grove.

Was involved in the sale of part of the Art Linkletter Ranch 152 plus BLM land.  Bought and sold several other properties (timberland).  Familiar with all facets of real estate in land development, government, city, county, state asnd federal agencies dealing with subdivision work.
